Here is your 2022 pay period schedule.
If for some reason you don’t receive your check or direct deposit by payday call the office the following Monday and ask for Payroll. We apologize in advance for any issues related to your payment . However, the bank or the post office are not controlled or managed by TruGuard Services .
Payroll Department Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am -5pm ( closed holidays )

There are two forms of payments provided:
a. TruGuard Deposit- You can set up your direct deposit in the link below.

b. Paycheck – Checks are mailed out Saturdays depending on your pay schedule and arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
We apologize in advance if any issue with your payments is caused by your bank or the post office, unfortunately, those issues are out of our reach.
● Please note that Issues concerning USPS are out of our hands but we will always look to resolve the issue ASAP.
● We ask that you always fill out our Payroll Discrepancy Form provided below.
● Specify the Pay period for which you are missing your check.
● We review the issue at hand and get back to you as soon as possible.
It is extremely Important for you to clock in and out through
1. Humanity
2. TruTrack
(If you are not able to do so you must contact Dispatch.)
Please note that Payroll is based on your Humanity both Shiftplanning and Timeclock.
● We ask that you always fill out our Payroll Discrepancy Form provided below.
● Specify the Pay period in which you are missing hours and the post.
● We review the issue at hand and get back to you as soon as possible.
We work with ADP to process payroll where you have access to your Paystubs.
The following ways:
1. Online Access – When you are set up in ADP for your first check, You will receive an email will you will create your Access Account. Once you have set up your account you will always be able to access your Pay Stubs online.
2. When Checks are mailed out Pay Stubs are Provided with Paycheck. If for some reason you do not receive your Pay Stubs or can’t access them online, you can request them via Email to Payroll@truguardsecurity.com and we will gladly provide them to you.
Any scheduling issue is to be resolved by your Scheduling Manager.
You can always update or correct any Banking Information for your TruGuard deposit in the link below.
If you need to update any Personal information on your file, please fill the above Profile Update form and we will gladly update your file.
Please note it could take up to 7 business days to update your file so please inform us of change with anticipation for your Paychecks to arrive at the Updated Address.
